Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Please let reception know in advance; if there is an extra charge, we will tell you before confirming.
Daily stays
- The room charge is paid at check-in.
- The hotel may ask for a deposit at check-in. It is refunded at check-out, provided the room and its contents are undamaged.
Monthly stays
- A deposit of 2 months' rent is required. The first month is paid at check-in; from the second month, rent is due before the 5th of each month.
- The price includes 200 kWh of electricity and 5 m³ of water per month, Wi-Fi, and room cleaning with a linen change twice a week. Extra usage is charged at 3,500 VND/kWh for electricity and 20,000 VND/m³ for water.
- The deposit is refunded within 7 working days after the contract ends, less any amounts still owed (if any).
Cancellations and changes
- For bookings made directly by phone, Zalo or this website, reception will explain the cancellation terms and any deposit required when confirming your booking.
- For bookings made through Agoda or another booking channel, that channel's cancellation terms apply.
House rules
- No smoking in the rooms. A cleaning fee of 500,000 VND applies if this rule is not respected.
- No pets, no cooking and no parties in the rooms.
- Please keep quiet from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- The gate is locked from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. If you come back late, please ring the bell and reception will let you in.
- Guests staying overnight must show an ID card or passport for guest registration. Anyone else staying the night must also be registered.
- Lost key: 100,000 VND; lost key card: 200,000 VND.
Payment and invoices
The hotel accepts cash, bank transfer, card or QR code. Our receiving bank account is in the name of CÔNG TY TNHH FU ONE (FU ONE Company Limited). Published prices include VAT, and we issue an invoice on request.
Your personal information
- The ID document you show at check-in is used only for guest registration and residence management as required by law.
- When you send a booking request on this website, you provide your full name, phone number, dates of stay, room type, number of guests and any notes. FU ONE Company Limited uses this information to contact you, confirm your booking and look after your stay, and keeps it for no more than 12 months before deleting it.
- The hotel does not use your information for any other purpose and does not share it with anyone else, except competent state authorities as required by law. You can ask to view, correct or delete your information by calling +84 907 956 079.
